The Durdans Customer Loyalty Programme gives access to special offers and discounts. Patients collect points on every purchase at the hospital and lab network, and progress between loyalty tiers, by registering a mobile phone number as their loyalty ID.
Points are collected at LKR 1,000 per point, based on the hospital fee rather than the doctor's charge. Tiers are Bronze (1-24 points), Silver (25-349 points), Gold (350-949 points) and Platinum (950+ points), with higher tiers unlocking greater discounts.
Patients register through their phone number and NIC/passport number at their first purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash — they are used to move up tiers — and are valid for 1 year before expiring back to zero, though the tier already reached is retained.
